Handmade in the délisa studio boutique in the heart of the historic town of Grasse, on the Riviera in the South of France. Grasse is world famous for being the perfume capital of the world and the délisa studio is nestled amongst the perfumeries and local artisans. Made using traditional millinery techniques, using steam and an antique wooden hat mold.
