About Delisa

When I was knee high to a grasshopper, I told my mum that I wanted to live in France, have six kids and be a fashion designer. I guess the idea of délisa started then!

I was born into a creative family, my mum made my clothes when I was young and my nan could knit a cardie quicker than you could make a cuppa.

I studied needlecraft and design at school, but took a career in banking and finance in search of my fortune.

At the young age of 19 I met my husband and several house moves, six children and 20 odd years later, we are still very much in love. He is the backbone of délisa and a brutally honest quality controller!

Both born in UK we moved to Brittany, France in 2002 and I am very proud to say our six children are bi-lingual and totally amazing.

Armed with my expanding collection of creations, we opened our very first boutique in May 2014, in the heart of the historical town of Grasse - bringing a little 'franglais' design to the french Riviera!

Délisa is set to expand in the very near future to house our upcoming millinery workshops, and creative sewing holidays. Next stop Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monaco!
